نهى رشدي تثبت كذب وزيف إدعاءات محاميتها السابقة .. والمحامية تتراجع وتتهم المصري اليوم
Posted by TAFATEFOإدعاءات نجلاء علام المحامية أن نهى رشدي ضحية قضية التحرش الجنسي التي صدر فيها حكم القضاء بحبس المتحرش ثلاث سنوات .. إدعاءات المحامية أن نهى رشدي تحمل الجنسيه الإسرائيليه وأنها تحترف قضايا التحرش وغيرها من الاتهامات التي نشرتها المصري اليوم .. واجهتها نهى رشدي وأثبتت أمام المحاميه أن كل هذه التهم هي محض افتراء ولم تجد المحامية إلا التراجع عن تصرياتها واتهام الصحفي أنه لفق لها هذه التصريحات.المواجهة الساخنة كانت ببرنامج الحياة اليوم

I met Noha at Cairo Uni Law School, we both studied at the English Section but I was 2 or 3 yrs her senior. I got to know Noha wn the students of the section were organizing some pro-Palentinian events I think around the time the 2nd Intifada started. My impression is that shes a nice person, straightforward and very passionate about the Palestinian cause. I also never saw her wearing any thing remotly provocative, she was mostly in Jeans and tshirts or jumpers i.e. like most other students. I think the Lawyer Nagla should be disbarred simply bec justice has no regard to nationalities and if she had an issue w her alleged discovery of Noha's Israeili nationality (if that is at all true) then she could have simply chose not to continue in representing her. We all know how bad things have become in the EGY streets and yes most girls and women have had several incidents regardless of whether they are wearing the hijab or not. I think we as EGYs need to be more able to be frank about out problems and work to find a way to solve them instead of finding one side to blame over the other. At the end of the day, that man broke the law and broke normal human conduct not to mention religeious teachings and he got wt he deserved. I hope our Parliament will not only pass a law to tackle sexual harrassment for women but also give regard to the fact that a victim could be in other cases a child or even a man. And w or w/o a law I hope that we learn to respect each others boundries and understand that our society has members from different backgrounds and wt someone wears shld nt be the criteria but wt someone thinks and acts.
